"I needed a new roof due to weather damage and I new I was going to have a fight on my hands with my homeowners insurance company. Based on high recommendations from my trusted contractor, I chose Mullanack Builders for my roof. 5 Years ago the rood was done poorly, the plywood used was not to code, lack of ventilation, wrapped and rotted wood. Mullanack came in with a project manager and worked with my insurance company to get the approval, they were quick in scheduling the job, highly professional, and addressed every concern I had. They were very meticulous and followed up on every small detail. I could not be any more happier and I have gotten much great feedback from my neighbors on their work. As anal as I am about quality and workmanship, I have the highest standards, having done a roofing job myself in the past, I highly recommend Mullanack Builders, I trust them, and I will use them for my new siding, gutters, and other projects that I have.
